Time to dust off that Law Book, and polish your turf shoes. And, while you are at it, upgrade your skills as a referee! Attend the Area Referee Clinic on March 19/20/21, 2010 and upgrade your referee badge to Intermediate or Advanced. We will be offering both of these trainings at the Area Referee Clinic, so plan to be there. Be a better referee! Better serve the kids! And, gain the respect of your peers! Please let your Regional Referee Administrator and Regional Commissioner know if your would like to attend. |

The AYSO Area 10/Q Allstar Playoff Rules Package (including the schedule and groupings) is now available. Please bear in mind that the schedule is subject to change. Also, please note carefully the rules regarding uniforming, and in particular the sections on additional clothing and undergarments. These rules will be strictly enforced (see your Regional Commissioner if you have questions). Also note the rule on game cards. Game cards will be mailed to each regional commissioner on Friday, February 5, 2010 with a copy of the rules packet for each team from their region. Use of these official AYSO game cards is required. Other game card formats, sizes, or paper stock are not acceptable -- coaches will be required to supply proper game cards before they check in. (Undue delay in check in may result in forfieture of game if check in is not completed prior to game start time.) |

New Area 10/Q Web Site Launches! |

The new Area 10/Q web site has now officially launched. It may take a day or so for the domain name servers to update with the new location of the web site, but this site is now the official web site for Area 10/Q. The "old" site will remain up for the time being, but will not be updated. So, if you are directed to the "old," Clubspaces, site, please treat the infromation there as out of date. |

The Area Staff is now in the final stages of planning the Area Management Roadshow, to be held March 20, 2010. And, we want to make sure we offer the courses YOU need to do your job within AYSO. Please let your Regional Commissioner know NOW if you have a training need, and we will do our best to see that the course you need is offered. Please consult the Section 10 Training Matrix to determine the training you should have to do your job within AYSO. |
